For the rental of the White Bike
a pre-authorization of € 500.00 is required to be made on a credit card that will be requested at the time of collection.

The rental conditions listed below are an integral part of the rental agreement between Oxygen LIFESTYLE Hotel and the renter:

1. The use of the bicycle presupposes the physical fitness and technical expertise of those who intend to ride it. Therefore the user
by renting the bicycle
declares to be equipped with adequate capacity and appropriate competence
without placing any reservations. The rental is reserved for adults and minors if accompanied by a parent.

2. The renter is responsible for the bicycle until it is returned to Oxygen LIFESTYLE Hotel; he is also responsible for any damage caused to himself
to the bicycle
to third parties and to property while using the vehicle. No form of compensation can be requested from Oxygen LIFESTYLE Hotel.

3. The renter is obliged to respect the rules of the Highway Code. Oxygen LIFESTYLE Hotel declines any form of responsibility in case of improper use of the vehicle or failure to comply with the rules of the Highway Code.

4. To obtain the rental of a bicycle The renter must present in advance a valid identity document and a non-rechargeable credit card. A security deposit of € 500.00 per bicycle is required. These documents will be retained by the manager until the end of the rental.

5. The bicycle must be returned
in compliance with the times communicated
and in the same place where it was rented. The bicycle is considered returned only if returned directly to Oxygen LIFESTYLE Hotel. Failure to return the bicycle without prior notice or in any case not motivated by exceptional cases
will be considered as a theft crime and therefore reported to the Judicial Authority within 24 hours of the time due for the return.

6. Delay in delivery: the user will be responsible and will have to compensate Oxygen LIFESTYLE Hotel in case of damage as a result of the delay in delivery.

7. The material is not insured and the user assumes full responsibility for the rental object and will be liable for any damage caused and / or theft as shown in the table below:

Bike theft: value verified according to the quote received from our supplier

Daily compensation for inactivity until the bike is repaired: € 30 per day

Any other damage to the bicycle will be inspected and quantified within 48 hours of delivery.

8. In the event of theft
the renter is obliged to file a report with the competent law enforcement agencies.

9. The replacement of the equipment is possible during the duration of the contract with materials of different categories and values
with the difference being charged in the case of a higher category
but without reimbursement in the case of a lower category.

10. The early termination of the rental contract is possible by returning the material without any claims for reimbursement by the renter.

11. The renter also declares to collect the bicycle and all the rented material in perfect working order and maintenance.

12. Oxygen LIFESTYLE Hotel may cancel the reservation until the time of delivery if it believes that the equipment has problems that could jeopardize the safety of the renter.

13. In the event of an accident and / or theft
the customer is required to immediately notify Oxygen LIFESTYLE Hotel via the number +390541734734.

understood and accepted the rental conditions

15. Although not mentioned in this regulation
the relationship between the parties (contracting parties) is governed by the provisions of the civil code. For any dispute arising between the Parties
the competent court is that of Rimini.
